Linked Gateways

When you use your own Stripe, PayPal, or crypto wallet, refunds are handled directly by you under your own policies. Storrik cannot intervene.

Managed Payments

Refunds before payout are reversed automatically. After payout, refunds may create a negative balance until funded. Evidence of delivery is required for disputes and reversals.

Digital Goods & Subscriptions

Downloads, license keys, and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless required by law or clearly offered by the seller.

1. Summary

Storrik powers stores. Each seller sets their own product and support policies. Refund handling depends on how the payment was processed. Linked Gateways or Managed Payments.

2. Linked Gateways (Stripe or PayPal. your own accounts)

• You are the merchant of record. Your refund and return policy applies.

• Buyers must contact the seller directly. Storrik cannot process refunds for payments you handled through your own provider.

• Any disputes or chargebacks are handled with your provider under their rules.

3. Managed Payments (processed by Storrik)

• Pre payout. a seller may request a refund in the dashboard while funds are pending. If approved we reverse the charge. less any non recoverable network fees.

• Post payout. after payout a refund may be processed as a recovery. Your account can enter a negative balance until funded.

• Evidence. for digital goods we require proof of delivery. for example license key issuance. access logs. email delivery. before processing refunds or contesting disputes.

• Abuse and risk. we may refuse refunds where we suspect fraud. law violations. or policy breaches.

4. Digital Goods. Keys and Downloads

• Once delivered or accessed. refunds are generally not available unless required by law or the seller's posted policy.

• If a delivery integration reports no key returned. buyers should contact the seller for resolution.

5. Subscriptions and Trials

• Sellers must disclose renewal cadence. price. and cancellation method clearly before sign up.

• Free trials must state the conversion date. Negative option billing without express consent is prohibited.

• Partial refunds are at the seller's discretion unless required by law.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks. Managed Payments

• Dispute fees may apply. If a dispute is lost the transaction amount and fees may be debited from seller balances or future payouts.

• Missing or weak evidence typically results in dispute losses.

7. Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protections that apply in a buyer's jurisdiction.

8. How to Request

• Linked Gateways. contact the seller or use the payment provider's flow.

• Managed Payments. sellers initiate in the dashboard. buyers contact the seller who may escalate to Storrik where appropriate.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of Storrik after changes means acceptance.
